Shipping
All orders (full price and SALE price) received before 2:00pm (Mexico City Time) will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2:00pm (Mexico City Time) on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on following Monday.
Express Delivery CDMX (same day) applies only for local delivery (local meaning inside CDMX), when selecting EXPRESS Delivery CDMX you are receiving your order the same day, having in mind that orders received before 2:00pm (Mexico City Time) will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. We use exactly the address you provide us, we are not responsable if the package is not delivered correctly if there is missing or wrong information.
Any address changes should be charged as an extra shipping.

Silver Deer is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.

Online SALE Items
All items purchased at a discount or on sale (those displaying a reduced price) are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be given on SALE items.
In Store Pick Up
Items will be ready within 24 hours after you receive your ready for pickup email.
This items will be saved for 96 hours after receiving your delivery email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup, an email reminder within 24 hours, and a cancellation email if you don't pick up the order within 96 hours.
Taxes and Duties
For international orders, we are not liable for any customs duties, taxes or fees or delays incurred by your country's customs procedures. You should contact your local customs office for an estimate on any fees you may pay.
